Parts ordered by 15:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day from Morley for next-working-day delivery in Great Britain, and in two working days to Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Exchange units
Controllers, footboard panels, actuators, lifting columns and pumps are supplied as exchange units. We send the unit with a return label; return the faulty unit within 30 days in the same packaging and we invoice the exchange price. If it is not returned, we invoice the full price.
Controllers are supplied with the current application for the bed loaded. After fitting, the engineer must enter the bed’s serial number with the service tool and check the scale calibration.
Ordering
Order by email to parts@vanroon.uk with your purchase order number, account number, the part numbers and quantities, and the serial number of the bed for controllers and panels. We confirm every order by email with the price and delivery date.
Parts are supplied to hospitals and their contractors only, under our conditions of sale. Some parts can be fitted only by an engineer with a current Level 2 certificate for the product; the parts team will ask for the engineer’s number.
Returns
Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a credit, less a 15% restocking charge. Lithium-ion battery packs can only be returned in the packaging they were supplied in, as they are carried under the rules for lithium batteries.
